Favicons, those little images next to the url in your browser address bar, are simply neglected when it comes to setting up sites to sell online.
I found a very simple generator at www.favicon.cc
It only takes a few seconds and it does add a nice little finishing touch to your sites.
I mention in the video that you need to use a gif file, actually any of the standard formats will do. (jpg etc..)
Remember that it is a small image, so make sure the image you select will look good at that size.
